2002
Founded in Suzhou
ACE Sheet Metal was established in Suzhou, beginning our journey in precision sheet metal fabrication.
2004
ISO 9001 & CNC Equipment
Achieved ISO 9001 certification and equipped the factory with advanced CNC machinery.
2008
Modern Factory & ERP
Moved into a modern factory facility. Launched integrated assembly services and implemented enterprise ERP system.
2015
Proprietary ACE-MES System
Developed and deployed our proprietary Manufacturing Execution System (ACE-MES), setting a new standard for shop-floor digitalization.
2019
R&D Team & ODM Transformation
Established a dedicated R&D team and began the strategic transformation from OEM to ODM, adding design and engineering value.
2023
Penang Sister Factory
Established an independent sister factory in Penang, Malaysia, creating a dual-hub manufacturing strategy for global supply chain resilience.
