CNC press brakes covering multiple gauge thicknesses for cabinets, enclosures and structural frames.

Welding

TIG, MIG and robotic welding per AWS standards for ASEAN-bound assemblies.

Powder Coating

Temperature-controlled powder coating booth. RAL / Pantone color match for OEM brand consistency.

Pre-treatment

Dedicated pre-treatment line — degreasing, pickling and phosphating — for optimal coating adhesion.

Final Assembly

Sub-component integration and line-end functional testing for finished cabinets ready for ASEAN shipping.
