Large-scale Semiconductor PVC Frame — Project Gallery
A semiconductor rack project combining a stainless steel structural frame with flame-resistant PVC cladding. Plate-to-plate tolerance is held to 1410±0.5mm and concentricity to ±0.5mm using purpose-built inspection fixtures. Process scope: tube cutting, welding, CNC machining, PVC welding and packaging.
