August 2026 — ACE Sheet Metal's Suzhou factory has completed its 2026 capacity expansion: 3 high-speed laser cutting cell + 4 CNC turret punches (AMADA + TRUMPF) + 10 press brakes (YAWEI + TOYOKOKI hybrid drive). Utilization released across all three stations, with the press brake bottleneck dropping from 77.5% sustained load down to 47.3% — the longstanding production constraint is now removed.

The expansion primarily serves volume production for data-center rack enclosures, energy-storage cabinets, and semiconductor equipment structural parts. The punching station combines AMADA large-format high-cadence platforms with TRUMPF precision forming units, covering 90%+ of order types. The YAWEI PBA-110/3100 large-stroke press brake handles 2,500 mm server-rack side panels in one stroke, holding full-length angle tolerance within ±0.15°.
