ACE has added two CNC press brakes to its Suzhou production line, expanding bending capacity to support a wider range of sheet metal geometries and part sizes.
The first unit is an electro-hydraulic servo press brake with a TNC-Win CNC control system. It features AC servo motor drive with linear scale closed-loop control, 0.01 mm ram positioning resolution, independent left-right bottom dead center settings for off-center bending, and real-time bend angle display — ensuring consistent accuracy across varying materials and part geometries.

The second unit is a larger-format press brake with 110 tons of bending force and a 3,100 mm working length. It uses a fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo synchronization control system with high ram positioning accuracy, suitable for wider sheet metal panels and large-format bent components.
Both machines are integrated into ACE’s existing fabrication workflow, complementing the laser cutting and welding lines. The addition increases production flexibility for customers requiring complex enclosures, structural frames, and precision bent components. For more information, visit the Capabilities page.
