ACE Adds Large-Format Laser Cutting System to Production Line
ACE has completed the installation and commissioning of a large-format fiber laser cutting machine at its Suzhou facility. The equipment is now in active production.
The system includes an automated conveyor-based loading and unloading platform for continuous sheet processing with minimal manual handling. The control software accepts DXF, AI, PLT and other standard CAD formats, and supports automatic nesting, fly-cutting, path optimization, and breakpoint resume functions. A built-in material parameter library stores cutting settings for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and other metals.
For precision work, the system supports kerf compensation, micro-joints, and progressive piercing — process controls suited to tight-tolerance batch cutting of smaller components.
The addition primarily addresses ACEs capacity for larger-format sheet parts, complementing the existing bending, welding, and surface treatment lines. For more information on our fabrication capabilities, visit the Capabilities page.
